Why is CPR/AED training so essential
Every second counts in a cardiac emergency. Knowing how to perform CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) can mean the difference between life and death. Immediate, effective action keeps oxygen flowing to vital organs until professional help arrives, dramatically increasing survival rates. CPR/AED training empowers ordinary people to become first responders—ready, confident, and capable of saving lives when it matters most.
